WARRANTY AND SHIPPING POLICIES
Warranty Policy:
1) 30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: If you are not satisfied, you may return the product in COMPLETE PACKAGING (Box, Packing, Sleeve, Paperwork, Wires and anything that it came with originally.) within the 30 day period.
2.) We will replace the item (if defective) or issue you a DDP Products credit toward another item if you were unsatisfied.
3.) A 15% RESTOCKING FEE will be charged on items not defective. The customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges on item(s) to be shipped.
4.) We do not do cash refunds or credit card credits.
5.)If merchandise is returned in bad condition or without the accessories, it will be returned to you shipping due.
6.)All return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
7.) All returns must be postmarked before the 30 day period is up.
8.) DDP Products will not be repsonsible for any installation or re-installation costs due to defective or unsatisfactory merchandise.

Shipping Policy:
1.) All shipping and handling charges will be the customers responsibility.
2.) If merchandise arrives damaged please contact the shipper immediatly, i.e. UPS.
3.) Please allow 10 to 14 days for shipping.
